Party Prawn, Kelay Ky Kabab And Beef Noodles by Chef Zakir

Ingredients For Party Prawn:

  • Jumbo prawns 300 gm
  • Flour 150 gm
  • Onion 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Egg  2
  • Garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Baking powder  1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • White pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Oil  for fry
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First add prawns wash it and keep it on a side.
  2. Then put flour, egg, garlic paste, corn flour, baking powder, chopped red chilies, chopped white pepper, salt knead it well.
  3. Then add capsicum, onions and cut it into long pieces. Now roll out the dough and cut it into pieces.
  4. After that add prawns, capsicum and onions. Polish its sides with egg and put another pieces.
  5. When all the pieces becomes ready then  pour oil and deep fry it.
  6. When it turns to golden color then take it out and serve it with sauce or ketchup.

Ingredients For Beef Noodles:

  • Beef undercut 300 gm
  • Noodles 1/2 packet
  • Capsicum 1
  • Carrot  1
  • Spring onion 2
  • Green chilies  3
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Worcester sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil  2-3 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First cut the beef undercut in Juline.
  2. Now pour oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, beef fry it well so that it is cooked well.
  3. Then add green onion, long green chilies, capsicum, small carrots mix it well.
  4. Then add boiled noodles, wooster sauce, salt, chopped black pepper, mix it on high temperature and serve it hot.

Ingredients For Kelay Key Kabab:

  • Chicken mince 250 gm
  • Egg  1
  • Gram lentil boiled 50 gm
  • Green chilies  2-3
  • Bananas  4-5
  • All spice powder  1 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder  1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
  • Oil for fry

Method:

  1. First put chicken mince, boiled peas, green chilies, chop it well take it out in a bowl.Add green chilies and chop it well.
  2. Then add salt, chopped garam masala, chopped cumin, chopped green coriander, bananas, egg and mix it well.
  3. Now fill the mince in banana skin, and tie it with thread.
  4. Pour oil in a pan, then put the kababs  with skin and deep fry it, take it out after 6 to 7 minutes and open its thread.
  5. Now serve it with or without skin.
