Ingredients For Sweet & Spicy Chicken Cube:

  • Shashlik sticks  6
  • Chicken boneless 1 kg
  • Onion  2
  • Tomato  4
  • Pineapple juice  1/2 cup
  • Chopped onion  1/2 cup
  • Red chili powder  2 tsp
  • Chopped garlic  1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Oil  4 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Vinegar  1 tsp
  • BBQ sauce  2 tbsp
  • Boiled rice  1/2 kg

Method:

  1. First cut the chicken boneless in julienne.
  2. Now add chopped red chilies, chopped black pepper, lemon juice, salt, chopped garlic, pineapple juice, chopped onions, vinegar, egg, bbq sauce, leave it for an hour.
  3. Then take a shashlik, add chicken, tomatoes and onions and grill it.
  4. Now after that add chicken place it in oven for 200 degree C for baking.

Ingredients For Chatpata Pulao:

For Making Chutney:

  • Tamarind juice 1 cup
  • Boiled tomato  4
  • Green chilies  6
  • Garlic  6 cloves
  • Tomato ketchup 1 cup
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds  2 tsp
  • Mint leaves  1/2 bunch

For Making pulao:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Boiled rice  1/2 kg
  • Green peas  1 cup

For Making Pulao:

  • Carrot  1 cup
  • Spring onion 250 gm
  • Potato  2
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Oil  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. For making chutney, take a blender add tamarind juice, boiled tomatoes, green chilies, garlic, tomato ketchup, cumin and mint chop it well.
  2. For making pulao add carrot, green onion and potato chop it well.
  3. Now pour oil add chicken boneless fry it well.
  4. Then add chopped vegetables and peas for frying.
  5. After that add black pepper, salt and take out the vegetables.
  6. Then add rice put vegetables on its top.
  7. Now add chutney.
  8. Simmer it for 10 minutes and turn off the stove.

Ingredients For Daal Makhni:

  • Malka masoor daal 250 gm
  • Butter  50 gm
  • Cream  1/2 cup
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Garlic cloves 4
  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Whole green chilies 4
  • Green coriander  1/2 bunch

Method:

  1. First add malka masoor daal add turmeric, salt and ginger garlic paste cook it on low temperature.
  2. When the lentil tenders, then add green chilies, chopped green coriander, whole green chilies, cream turn off the stove.
  3. Then pour oil in a frying pan, add butter, cumin, garlic cloves heat it and give it tarka.
  4. Delicious daal is ready to eat.
