Ingredients For Vegetables Malai Kofta:

  • Boiled potatoes 4
  • Peas  1/2 cup
  • Carrots  1
  • Chopped milk leaves  1 bunch
  • Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Chopped long green chilies 3
  • Bread slices  2
  • Salt  to taste
  • Egg white  2
  • Rice flour  2 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper  1 tsp
  • Seekh kabab masala  2 tbsp

For Gravy:

  • Onion  3
  • Yogurt  1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Coriander powder  2 tbsp
  • All spice powder  1 tsp
  • Knorr chicken cube  1
  • Oil  1 cup
  • Salt  to taste
  • Fresh cream  1/2 cup

  • Beef mince  1/2 kg
  • Raw papaya paste  2 tbsp
  • Roasted chickpea  1 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds  1 tbsp
  • White cumin  1 tsp
  • Black cumin  1/2 tsp
  • Small cardamom  5-6
  • All spice powder  some
  • Egg  1
  • Red chili powder  1 tbsp
  • Yogurt cream  1 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Chopped mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Oil  as required
