Ingredients For Batata Cheese Wada:

  • Boiled and mashed potatoes 1/2 cup
  • Fresh grated coconut 1/2 cup
  • Sweet corn  1/2 cup
  • Cheddar cheese 3 tbsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves  1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice  2 tbsp
  • Onion  1
  • Green chili  2-3

For Bhagar:

  • White cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Oil  1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaves  15 to 20
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • Gram flour  1 cup
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder  1/2 tsp
  • Soda bi carb  1/4 tsp
  • Water  as required
