Ingredients For Lasagna:

  • Lasagna Sheets  1 packet
  • Parsley chopped  as required
  • Ketchup  to decorate
  • Oregano  1 tsp

Meat Sauce:

  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • Mince  1/2 kg
  • Flour  2 tbsp
  • Water  1 cup
  • Tomatoes, chopped 4
  • Onions, chopped  2
  • Garlic cloves, crushed  2
  • Crushed red chilies  1 tsp
  • Tomato puree 4 tbsp
  • Capsicum, chopped  1
  • Mushrooms, sliced  4-5
  • Sugar  1 tsp
  • Salt and pepper  as required

White Sauce:

  • Butter  2 oz
  • Flour  2 oz
  • Milk  2 cups
  • Chicken cube  1
  • Mustard  1 tsp
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese grated  6 oz
  • Mozzarella cheese, grated  6 oz

Method:

For making meat sauce:

  1. Take a pan, pour oil add mince, roast it well, then add flour and roast it.
  2. Now pour water, tomatoes, chopped onion, chopped garlic cloves, chopped red chilies, tomatoes puree, sugar and salt, black pepper.
  3. After that tender the mince cook it till the capsicum, mushroom are mixed.
  4. Then remove it from stove.

For making white sauce:

  1. Take a pan heat the butter, add flour roast it.
  2. Then add chicken cubes, mustard and black pepper roast it more.
  3. Then remove it from stove pour milk and mix it.
  4. Then place it again on stove and make it thick, stir it continuously.
  5. Now grease the lasagna dish, spread the sheet of lasagna.
  6. Now spread the white sauce, along grated cheese.
  7. Make layer of all the things.
  8. Put remaining cheese, grate it spread it well.
  9. Sprinkle along cheese.
  10. Now bake the oven to 180 degree C for 30 to 40 minutes, cheese it melted then when its color turns to golden then remove it from oven.
  11. Then add ketchup, parsley for garnish then serve.
