Ingredients For Dum ka Keema:   
  
Beef/ mutton mince 1 kg   
Yogurt  1/2 kg   
Mint leaves  1 bunch   
Clarified butter/ oil  1 cup   
Green chilies 4   
Lemons 6   
Small cardamom 6   
All Spice powder  1 tsp   
White cumin  1 tsp   
Black cumin  1 tsp   
Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp   
Red chili powder  1 tbsp   
Poppy seeds  1 tbsp   
Roasted chick peas  2 tbsp   
Raw papaya paste  2 1/2 tbsp   
Salt  to taste    
Method:   
  
Take a mashed mince in a bowl add yogurt, salt, chopped red chilies and chopped and crushed papaya.   
Then add roasted chickpeas, raisin, small cardamom, white cumin mix it in mince.   
Now add lemon juice, chopped mint and chopped green chilies fry it in hot oil, cook it on stove.   
When the mince dry its water then pour oil and lemon juice simmer it well.   
When it starts to steam then add mince.   
Add lemon juice, mint, green chilies and lemon  serve it hot.    
Ingredients For Russian Salad:   
  
Chopped cabbage  1   
Boiled peas  1 cup   
Fresh cream  1 cup   
Chopped cucumber 2   
Boiled carrots  3   
Potatoes  3   
Apples  3   
Raisins  1/2 cup   
Salt  to taste   
Pine apple cubes  1 small tin   
Mayonnaise  1 small bottle   
White pepper 1 tsp   
Sugar  1/2 tbsp    
Method:   
  
Take a bowl add cabbage, boiled carrot, boiled and chopped potatoes, pealed peas, apple, pineapple cubes and chopped cucumber mix it well.   
Then add chopped white pepper, salt, sugar, cream, mayonnaise make it cool keep it in fridge.   
Add roasted raisins. Serve it cool.    
Ingredients For Mango Dessert With Cocktail:   
  
Fresh cream  2 packets   
Mangoes  2   
Fruit cocktail  1 tin   
Condensed milk  1 tin    
Method:   
  
Take a saucepan add fresh cream, condensed milk let it cook.   
Then take a bowl add fruits, now add cream and condensed milk.   
After that put mangoes on its top for decoration.   
Delicious Mango dessert with cocktail is ready.
