Ingredients For Crispy Chicken Fillet:

  • Chicken fillet  3-4
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Egg  1
  • Salt  to taste
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Bread crumbs  for coating
  • French fries  as required
  • Oil  to fry

Method:

  1. First cut the chicken into 2 pieces.
  2. Now take a bowl add corn flour, salt, chopped black pepper and baking powder beat it make its batter.
  3. Then dip the chicken into egg batter and coat it with bread crumbs deep fry it well.
  4. Serve it with french fries.
  5. Delicious Crispy chicken fillet is ready.

Ingredients For Basin Ki Khandviyaan:

  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Oil  1 cup
  • Green coriander  1 bunch
  • Lemons  2
  • Onion paste  2
  • Green chilies  4
  • Fenugreek seeds  6
  • All Spice powder
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Oil  1 tbsp
  • Soda bi carbonate 1/2 tsp
  • Carom seeds  1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder  1/2 tbsp
  • Gram flour  4 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add gram flour, nutmeg, chopped garam masala, soda bi carb, salt and lemon juice mix it well.
  2. Now pour oil keep its temperature high, stir it continuously roast it lightly.
  3. Then spread it like halwa cut it into pieces.
  4. After that take a bowl, pour oil add fenugreek, when it starts to smell then add chopped onion, nutmeg, chopped red chilies, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, remaining garam masala and salt roast it lightly pour water let it cook on low temperature.
  5. Deep fry it and make it golden brown.
  6. Now add green coriander simmer it on low temperature.
  7. When you pour oil add ready flour then serve.

Ingredients For Steamed Coconut Custard:

  • Coconut milk 2 cups
  • Sugar  1 cup
  • Eggs  4
  • Rice Noodles 1/2 cup
  • Bananas  2

Method:

  1. First heat the oven to 180 degree C.
  2. Now cut the banana and set it into bowl.
  3. Then take a bowl add egg. Now add sugar and coconut milk mix it well.
  4. Now pour water, add rice noodles on banana.
  5. Then add coconut milk and egg mixture heat it, bake it for 30 minutes.
  6. When it turns to golden brown then take it out and serve.
