Ingredients for Keema Handi:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Onion 2
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tsp
  • Tomato 2-3
  • Green chili 6
  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Crushed ginger as required
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Cream 3-4 tbsp

Ingredients for Mango Mousse:

  • Mango 1 cup
  • Egg 3 cup
  • Caster sugar 1/2 cup
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Mango essence few drops
  • Food color (Yellow) 1/2 tsp
  • Mango cubes 1 cup
