Heryali Fish Seekh, Hot Chili BBQ Prawns And Sea Food Cocktail Sauce by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients For Heryali Fish Seekh:

  • Boneless fish 500 gm
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • White cumin  1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Chopped onion  1 tbsp
  • Oil  as required
  • Salt to taste

For Green Masala:

  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Green chilies 5 to 6
  • Mint 1 bunch


  1. First blend the green coriander, green chilies and chopped mint make its paste.
  2. Now take a blender, boneless fish, green masala, chopped black pepper, chopped red chilies, chopped cardamom, chopped white cumin, ginger garlic paste, egg, chopped onions and salt mix it well.
  3. Then take it out in a bowl.
  4. Then put it in skewers.
  5. Now give it steam of coals or fry it or bake it.
  6. Garnish it with salad then serve.
  7. Haryali fish seekh is ready.

Ingredients For Hot Chili BBQ Prawns:

  • Prawns 1/2 kg
  • Diced tomato 2
  • Diced capsicum 2
  • Diced onion 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Hot chili sauce 1/2 cup
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Oil  3 to 4
  • Salt to taste

For Garnish:

  • Salad leaves  3 to 4
  • Lemon   2 to 3
  • Onion rings  2 to 3


  1. First take a mixing bowl mix ginger garlic paste, hot chili sauce, chopped red chilies, chopped black pepper, turmeric, chopped garam masala and salt make its mixture.
  2. Now marinate the prawns.
  3. Then put them into skewers tomatoes, prawns, onion.
  4. Then add chopped onions, capsicum, tomatoes and prawns.
  5. Now give them steam of coals.
  6. When it becomes ready then take it out in a dish, add salad leaves, lemon and onions for garnish then serve.

Ingredients For Sea food Cocktail Sauce:

  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce 4 tbsp
  • White pepper  4 tbsp
  • Tabasco sauce as required
  • Salt  to taste


  1. Take a mixing bowl add mayonnaise, cream, worcester sauce, white pepper, tabasco sauce and salt mix it well.
  2. Serve the sea food with BBQ.
