Ingredients for Korean Fried Wings:

  • Cooking oil 1/2 cup
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Soya sauce 3-1/2 cup
  • Salt 1-1/4 tsp
  • Toasted sesame 1 tsp
  • Mono sodium glutamate 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp 
  • Chicken wings 1 kg
  • Oil for frying
  • Corn starch 1/4 cup
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Chowmein Noodles:

  • Dried medium egg noodles 100 gm
  • Toasted sesame seed 1 tbsp
  • Chicken breast fillets 300 gm
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Five spice powder 1 tsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Cooking oil 1-2 tbsp
  • Bell pepper 1
  • Spring onion 1/4 cup
  • Light soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp
