Szechuan Chicken Pasta by Rida Aftab

Ingredients for Szechuan Chicken Pasta:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Boiled pasta 1/2 kg
  • Red capsicum 1
  • Onions 2
  • Spring onions 2
  • Fresh red chilies 2
  • Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp

For Making Chili Sauce:

  • Stock 1 cup
  • Brown sugar 1 tsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil and cook chicken on high flame.
  2. Now put garlic, black pepper and salt and cover it.
  3. For Chili Sauce: Put stock, brown sugar, chili sauce, corn flour, soya sauce and oil in one bowl and mix it.
  4. After that, add boiled pasta, red capsicum and green onion in chicken, keep on simmer for 5 minutes and close the stove.
  5. In end, put sauce and olive oil and close the stove.
