Spaghetti Balls Ingredients Spaghetti 8 oz boiled slightly chopped Salt 1tsp Butter 2tbsp Flour 1cup Milk 1cup Black pepper 1tsb crushed Bread crumbs Egg 1 Oil 2tbsp Method For white sauce
In pan add butter , flour salt, black pepper & mix all ingredients then add milk and make a thick sauce.
Spaghetti mix in a sauce & make a ball.
Then coted a ball with bread crums & egg & deep fry till golden brown
Remove from heat & serve it with ketchup.
Lauki Kalongi Ingredients Logi 1 cubes cutting Oil 2tbsp Red whole chilli 5-7 White cumin 1 Salt 1tsp Samal fennel 1tsp Method In a pan heat oil put in oil red chilli whole , cumin ,samal funnel & cook it After this add logi in pan & salt cook til logi soften In then serve it with coriander & enjoy. Band Gobi Aloo Ingredients Cabbage 1 cubes cutting Potatoes 2 cubes cutting Oil quarter cup White cumin 1 tsp Onion 1 chopped Turmeric 1 tsp Red chilli powder 1tsp Green chilli 2 chopped Water as required Method Heat oil in pan then onion fry little brow. & put in potatoes with salt , cumin , red chilli powder , turmeric cooked it then add some water to soften potatoes. Then add cabbage in potatoes & serve it with ginger slices and enjoy. Arhar Ki Daal Ingredients Arhar daal 200 g Salt to taste Oil 3 tbsp Turmeric 1tsp Red chilli powder 1tsp Garlic chopped 7-8 cloves Cumin 1 tsp Method
In pressure cooker add water in add arhar daal with salt , turmeric , red chilli powder, ginger crushed and cook well. For bhaghar heat oil add cumin , crushed garlic , red whole chilli & take out this bhagar on daal serve it with rice.
