         CHICAGO STYLE DEEP PIZZA

INGREDIENTS:

FOR PIZZA DOUGH
  • All purpose flour: 1/2 kg
  • Semolina: 1/2 cup
  • Yeast: 1 sache
  • Sugar: 1 tsp
  • Egg: 1
  • Butter: 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder: 2 tsp
  • Salt: to taste
FOR PIZZA TOPING:
  • Boiled pepperoni: 1 packet
  • Pizza auce: 1 cup
  • Black pepper: 1/2 tsp
  • Onion: 1
  • Tomatoes: 2
  •  Mushroooms: 1/2 cup
  • Black or green olives: 1/2 cup
  • Mozrella cheese: 100 gm
  • Oregano: 1/ 2 tsp
  • Butter: 3-4 tbsp

METHOD:

FOR DOUGH MAKING:
  1. Add yeast and sugar in luke waem water and mix and leave for 15 minutes.
  2. Now add salt, semolina, baking powder and yeast in all purpose flour and mix all together in form of dough and leave for 3/4 hour in warm place.
FOR MAKING PIZZA:
  1. Paint butter on deep pan pizza and set dough on it.
  2. Now add black pepper and oregano in pizza sauce and spread it on dough,
  3. Now put pepperoni, onion, tomatoes and mushrooms on it,  then add mozerella cheese on it.
  4. At the end add black or green olives on it. 
  5. Now bake for 15/ 20 minutes on pre heated oven at 200 C.
  6. Take out and brush with butter and again  bake for 1-3 minutes.

           SHRIMP HUSHPUPPIES

INGREDIENTS:
  • Shrimps: 300 gm
  • Boiled potatoes: 2-3
  • Garlic paste: 1 tbsp
  • Chopped onion: 1
  • White pepper: 1/2 tsp
  • Paprika powder: 1 tsp
  • Eggs: 1-2
  • All purpose flour: 1/ 2 cup
  • Maize flour: 1/2 cup
  • Spring onions: 1-2
  • Oil: for fry
  • Salt: to taste

METHOD:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and make a mixture by adding water in it.
  2. Now heat oil in a pan and fry them.

            VIDALIA ONION SAUCE

INGREDIENTS:

  • Chopped onions: 2
  • Garlic powder: 1 tsp
  • Black pepper: 1/2 tsp
  • Creme: 1 cup
  • Mayyonaise: 1/2 cup
  • Hot sauce: 1/2 cup
  • Green onion: 2-3
  • Butter: 3 tbsp
  • Olive oil: 1 tbsp
  • Salt: to tatse

METHOD:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry butter and onion in it.
  2. Now add creme, hot sauce, mayonaise, salt green onions, black pepper and garlic powder and mix well.
  3. Blend all together in blender and make a pate of it.
  4. Now add this materail in the pan and cook.
