Ingredients:

  • Eggs 2
  • Maida 200 gm
  • Corn flour 4 tbsp
  • Macaroni boiled 1-1/2 cup
  • Grated cheddar cheese 1 cup
  • Crushed garlic 1 tsp
  • Chopped green onion 1/2 cup
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Water as required
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Mix eggs, maida, corn flour, salt, black pepper and water and make paste.
  2. Now grease non stick pan and make thick pan cake.
  3. Add macaroni and cheese with garlic, green onion, soya sauce, salt and black pepper.
  4. Fill pan cake with macaroni filling and roll it.
  5. Close edges with pan cake batter.
  6. Now deep fry pan cake until crispy and golden.

Mini Cheese Pasta Roll is wonderful roll. Pancakes is prepared with eggs & corn flour mixture, stuffed with macaroni & cheese mixture and deep fried. Served with sauce or dip/
