Mini Cheese Pasta Roll
- Eggs 2
- Maida 200 gm
- Corn flour 4 tbsp
- Macaroni boiled 1-1/2 cup
- Grated cheddar cheese 1 cup
- Crushed garlic 1 tsp
- Chopped green onion 1/2 cup
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Water as required
- Oil for fry
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
- Mix eggs, maida, corn flour, salt, black pepper and water and make paste.
- Now grease non stick pan and make thick pan cake.
- Add macaroni and cheese with garlic, green onion, soya sauce, salt and black pepper.
- Fill pan cake with macaroni filling and roll it.
- Close edges with pan cake batter.
- Now deep fry pan cake until crispy and golden.
Mini Cheese Pasta Roll is wonderful roll. Pancakes is prepared with eggs & corn flour mixture, stuffed with macaroni & cheese mixture and deep fried. Served with sauce or dip/
