Steamed Fish In Orange Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Fish fillets 2
  • Orange rind 1 tsp
  • Orange juice 2 cups
  • Capsicum 1
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice 1/2
  • Red chili fresh 1
  • Green garlic stalks 5-6

Method:

  1. Heat oil, saute capsicum, add salt and bit of orange rind and orange juice.
  2. Slit fresh red chili and cook til juice reduces slightly.
  3. Sprinkle salt, lemon juice and remaining orange rind over fish pieces.
  4. Keep two vertical strips of capsicum at base of steamer, keep fish fillets on them.
  5. Cover the steamer and steam.
  6. Drain capsicum from juice and place on serving plate.
  7. Pour little juice over them.
  8. Remove fish from steamer and place over capsicum.
  9. Garnish with green stalks and serve immediately.

Steamed Fish In Orange Sauce is amazing dish. Fish is steamed over capsicum in steamer. Then juice is poured on plate, fish is kept on capsicum and garnish with green garlic. Must try this recipe.
