Ingredients for German Chocolate Cake:

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 6 oz chocolate, chopped
  • 2-1/2 cups flour
  • 1-1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 eggs separated
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 cup butter milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

For Frosting:

  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • 1-1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 1/4 tsp almond essence
  • 7 oz sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1-1/2 cups coarsely chopped almonds
  •  1/4 cup chocolate chips

Ingredients for Mexican Hot Chocolate:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 oz chocolate
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp sugar

To Serve:

  • 2 tbsp cream
  • Chocolate grated as required
  • Cinnamon sticks as required

Ingredients for Spicy Chickpeas Rolls:

  • 2 cups boiled chickpeas mashed lightly
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp red chillies, chopped
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp garlic
  • 2 tbsp ginger fresh, grated
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp oil
