Chicken Drumstick Biryani, Poached Egg In Chicken With Vegetable And Boneless Chicken Handi by Chef Zakir

Ingredients for Chicken Drumstick Biryani:

  • Rice 300 gm
  • Chicken drumsticks 6
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Mix whole spices as required
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
  • Onion chopped 2
  • Tomatoes chopped 3
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Yellow color a pinch
  • Saffron a pinch
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Firstly, heat oil, fry onion until golden, take out half onions and keep aside.
  2. Then put ginger garlic paste and mix whole spices in remaining onion and roast for 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Now put chicken drums, salt, cumin, red chilli powder, chopped coriander, green coriander, green chilies and chopped tomatoes, roast it, mix it for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes, cover it and leave for cooking.
  4. Now heat water in separate pan and boil soaked rice.
  5. Also add salt in water.
  6. Spread it before it becomes to 1/4.
  7. Now spread 4/4 rice and 2/4 rice on drumsticks.
  8. In end, sprinkle fried onions, dissolved yellow color, dissolved saffron and simmer it for 10 -12 minutes.
  9. Delicious chicken drums stick biryani is ready.

Ingredients for Poached Egg In Chicken With Vegetable:

  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1 medium
  • Chicken breast 2
  • Carrot 1 medium
  • Tomato 1
  • Potato 1
  • Peas boiled 1/2 cup
  • Sweet corn 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum 1
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Parsley chopped 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Egg 3
  • Bread 2 slices
  • Brown sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Parmesan cheese as required

Method:

  1. Firstly, cut onion, carrot, potato and capsicum into small cubes.
  2. Boil potato and carrot lightly.
  3. Now cut chicken breast in cubes and keep aside.
  4. Heat butter in karahi pan, saute chicken breast cubes nicely until golden.
  5. Then add chopped vegetables, potatoes, carrot and peas and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Together add salt, chopped black pepper, brown sugar, lemon juice, chopped parsley and green coriander.
  7. When ready, turn off stove and take out in platter.
  8. Then break eggs in separate bowl.
  9. Then take small muffin tray, then keep eggs in separate molds.
  10. Keep tray on steamer and steam for 5 to 6 minutes.
  11. When egg white is cooked well, spread it safely on chicken and vegetables platter, sprinkle salt and black pepper, put parmesan cheese slices and serve.
