Ingredients for Kaleji Masala:

  • Liver 1 kg
  • Green chilies 4
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
  • Dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Sour Salad:

  • Onion 1
  • Tomatoes 1
  • Green chilies 2
  • Mint leaves 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Doodh Ka Meetha:

  • 2 liter Milk
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1 packet of cream
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 1 tbsp kewra
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Chopped almonds pistachios

Ingredients for Balochi Tikka Boti:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Potato 1
  • Tomato 2
  • Chopped coriander 1 tsp
  • Raw papaya paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • All spices powder 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Shan BBQ masala 2 tbsp
