Ingredients for Grill Mutton Ribs With Vegetable:

  • Mutton ribs 1/2 kg
  • Papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Star anise ground 1/4 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Tomatoes (boiled) 3
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp
  • Worcester sauce 2 tbsp
  • Mustard paste 2 tbsp
  • Aluminum foil as required
  • Icing burg 1/2 flower
  • Tomato 1
  • Cucumber 1
  • Carrot 1
  • Beetroot  half
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice a little
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Firstly, put ginger garlic paste, oil, lemon juice, papaya paste and worcester sauce in a bowl and mix it nicely.
  2. Then add mustard paste, garam masala powder and star anise ground mix it nicely.
  3. Now add chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, vinegar, brown sugar, black   pepper powder and red chili and make mixture of it.
  4. Now marinate mutton ribs with mixture and then cover with aluminum foil.
  5. Grill it on charcoal from both sides.
  6. Now cut icing burg, cucumber, tomato, beetroot and carrot in Juline.
  7. Spread vegetables on platter. Then take out mutton from aluminum foil, spread it and serve with boiled rice and pasta.

Ingredients for Venly Chicken:

  • Chicken breast sliced 2
  • Oil 4-5 tbsp
  • Garlic 4-5 cloves
  • Onion chopped 1 medium
  • Lemon (juice) 2 whole
  • Tahini sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chopped parsley 1/4 bunch
  • Tomato 1
  • Celery stick 1
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Worcester sauce 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First heat oil in karahi pan and fry chopped garlic until to golden .
  2. Then add chopped onion, chicken breast and red chili powder and fry until its color changes.
  3. Then add tomato ketchup, tomato paste and worchester sauce.
  4. After 5 to 6 minutes, add chopped parsley, chopped tomato, celery stick, lemon juice, tahini sauce, salt and black pepper powder, mix nicely for 3 to 4 minutes, take it out and serve with boiled rice.

Ingredients for Chicken Oyster Sauce With Noodles:

  • Chicken breast sliced 2
  • Boiled egg noodles 1/2 packet
  • Chopped peanuts 25 gm
  • Carrot sliced 1
  • Capsicum sliced 1
  • Worcester sauce 4 tbsp
  • Boiled egg  2
  • Black mushrooms 3-4
  • Button mushrooms 5-6
  • Tomato 2
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Firstly heat oil in one karahi pan, add garlic paste and chicken slices and roast until chicken changes its color.
  2. Then add carrot slices, capsicum and chopped peanuts and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Then add boiled packet of noodles, tomato, worcester sauce, black mushrooms, button mushrooms, tomato ketchup, salt and black pepper and mix for 3 to 4 minutes nicely.
  4. In end, put boiled egg slices, mix it and serve.
