Ingredients for Vegetable and noodles spring Roll:

  • Rice  1 cup
  • Garlic  6
  • Soya sauce  1 tbsp
  • White vinegar  1 tbsp
  • Chopped cabbage  half flower
  • Crushed black pepper  1 tsp
  • Brown sugar  1 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Sesame seed oil  as required
  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • Roll wraps  as required
  • Egg white  2
  • Oil  to fry

For Noodles

  • Noodles  1 packet
  • Chopped capsicum  2
  • Chopped spring onion  1 cup
  • Bean sprouts  250 gm
  • Soya sauce  1 tsp
  • White vinegar  1 tsp
  • Sesame seed  1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. First keep the rice in water, change its water, boil it 2/4th.
  2. Now again change its water and leave it to simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Now pour oil in a pan, add garlic cloves, make them golden brown, half cabbage.
  4. Along, soya sauce, white vinegar, brown sugar, salt.
  5. Then put the rice, stir fry it, pour sesame oil, take it out.
  6. Now put the rice on the roll wraps, give it shape of roll and close it by pasting egg white on its sides, when it is made fry and make it golden brown.
  7. After that boil the noodles, change its water, put the oil on it.
  8. Now pour oil in a pan, add chopped capsicum, put the noodles.
  9. Then add soya sauce, white vinegar, sesame seed oil.
  10. In the end put the rolls in dish, pour noodles on its top, after that put the bean sprout, chopped green onion, garnish it with leaves.

Ingredients For Chicken BBQ Bun:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Chopped capsicum  2
  • Bun  6
  • Tomato ketchup  1/2 cup  
  • Tomato puree 1/2 cup
  • Hot milk  1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chicken tikka masala 2 tbsp
  • Oil  3 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise  as required
  • Butter  as required
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First wash the chicken wings, put the white vinegar, soya sauce, ginger garlic paste, floured chicken cubes, salt mix it well keep it for a while.
  2. Now pour oil in a pan add chicken wings deep fry it make them golden brown.
  3. Then pour oil and pour oil in tin.
  4. After that put the fried chicken wings, tomato ketchup, chili garlic sauce, soya sauce, white vinegar, brown sugar, chopped red chili, chopped black pepper, sesame seeds. stir fry it and serve it hot.

  • Chicken wings  12
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • White vinegar  1/2 cup
  • Salt  to taste
  • Soya sauce  1 tbsp
  • Chicken cube flour  3 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce  3 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup  3 tbsp
  • Brown sugar  2 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes  1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper  1 tsp
  • Sesame seed  1 tsp
  • Oil  to fry

Method:

  1. Make the pieces of chicken boneless.
  2. Pour oil in a pan, heat it add ginger garlic paste, salt, chicken dry its water.
  3. Then add chicken tikka masala, chopped black pepper, capsicum, roast it again.
  4. Now paste the hot milk on one side of the bun.
  5. After that put the butte, mayonnaise.
  6. Now put the oil, tomato ketchup, tomato puree, in oven bake it for 5 minute.
  7. In the end pour oil on the other side of the bun, fry it lightly, then serve.
