Ingredients For Qeema Bhara Murgh Biryani:

Chicken for marinade:

  • Chicken whole  1
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Red chili paste  2 tbsp
  • Turmeric  1 tbsp
  • Aloo bukhara paste 4 tbsp
  • All Spice powder  1 tsp
  • Cumin powder  1 tsp
  • Flour
  • Vinegar
  • Lahori salt

For Mince:

  • Chicken mince  1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Red chili flakes  1 tsp
  • All spice powder  1 tsp
  • Peas  1 cup
  • Chopped carrots  2
  • Beans  250 gm
  • Lemon juice  2 tbsp
  • Oil  2-3 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

For Biryani:

  • Rice  500 gm
  • Tomatoes  3-4
  • Fried onion  2

Method:

For making mince:

  1. Pour oil heat it and add ginger garlic paste, add onions for frying, add mince then roast it.
  2. Now add chopped black pepper, chopped red chili, chopped garam masala, salt, mix it well.
  3. Then add peas, carrots, beans, lemon juice.

For making chicken:

  1. Put whole chicken, vinegar, lahori salt, leave it for 1/2 hour.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste, chopped red chili paste, turmeric paste, dried plum paste, chopped garam masala, chopped cumin, flour, mix it and make it batter, then add chicken leave it for 10 to 15 minutes. After that add mince steam it in steamer for 30 to 35 minutes.

For making rice:

  1. Add rice, keep it in water for 2 hours.
  2. Then pour water, curry leaves, chopped black cumin, salt, mix it and boil it.
  3. Now add rice, then cook it well. Then pour water, filter it, Rice is ready.

For making korma:

  1. Pour ghee, add big cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, make it crispy.
  2. Then add ginger garlic paste, fry it well. Now add tomatoes then roast it.
  3. Then add whole green chilies, chopped garam masala, red chilies, mix it well.
  4. Then add brown onions mix it well, then cook it, make paste of it, qorma is ready.

Mixing method:

  1. Pour oil of the mince in pan, then add rice.
  2. Fill the mince in center of the chicken, Now add chopped green coriander, green chilies, brown onions, then put the remaining mince on its top.
  3. Then add rice, coriander, green chilies, onions.
  4. Now pour water, pinch of yellow color, mix it well with rice and put it on sides.
  5. Now simmer it on low temperature.
  6. When it is simmered then take it out in a serving dish, then serve.

Ingredients For Gajar And Strawberry Halwa:

  • Grated carrots  1 kg
  • Strawberries 1 cup
  • Milk  1/2 kg
  • Khoya  250 gm
  • Sugar  1 cup
  • Kewra essence  few drops
  • Clarified butter  4 tbsp
  • Dry fruits  as required

Method:

  1. Cut the strawberries in slices.
  2. Now pour milk, add grated carrots, cook it well.
  3. When the milk dries, then add sugar.
  4. When the sugar water dries, then add khoya, ghee, roast and mix it well.
  5. When the smell appears then add few drops of kewra essence mix it, remove it from stove.
  6. In the end garnish it with strawberry, dry fruits then serve.

Ingredients For Summer Magic Drink:

  • Condensed milk  3 tbsp
  • Cold milk  200 ml
  • Orange peel  1 tbsp
  • Soda Water  100 ml

For Garnish:

  • Orange  as required

Method:

  1. Peel the orange.
  2. Put it in grinder.
  3. Now add condensed milk, milk, ice, grind them all.
  4. Now take it out in glass, then decorate the glass.
  5. Then add soft or white drink, then serve.
  6. Summer magic drink is ready.
