Ingredients for Masoor Pulao:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Onion brown 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Chilli powder 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Tomato 3
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Potato 2
  • Coriander leaves 4 tbsp
  • Mint leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green chillies 6
  • Fenugreek leaves 4 bunches
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Yellow color 1/4 tsp
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Kewra water 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Whole red lentils 1 cup

Ingredients for Maal Pura:

  • Flour 250 gm
  • Sugar 2 cup
  • Egg 4
  • Water 1-1/2 glass
  • Yellow color 1 pinch
  • Nutmeg/Mace powder 1 pinch

For Rabri:

  • Semolina 2 tbsp
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1-1/2 cup
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Sugar 5 tbsp
  • Almond, Pistachio for garnish

Ingredients for Bajre Ky Atay Ky Kebab:

  • Bajre ka ata 125 gm
  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Crushed red chilli 1 tbsp
  • Ground green chillies 1 tsp
  • Lemon 2
  • Salt as required
  • Spring onion 1 cup
  • Coriander few leaves
  • Onion 1
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
