Ingredients For Banana Lime Trifle:   
  
Sponge cake slice 1    
Banana slice 6   
Lemons  4   
Fresh milk  1 liter   
Sugar  1 cup   
Strawberry jelly powder  1 packet   
Chopped walnuts  1 cups   
Fresh cream 2 packets   
Corn flour  3 tbsp      
Ingredients For Samosa Sandwich:   
  
Bread slices  10   
Cheese cubes  6   
Mayonnaise  packet 1 cup   
Butter  packet   
Chopped capsicum  4   
Chopped cucumber  3   
Salt to taste   
Green chilies  4   
Mint leaves  1/2 bunch   
Green coriander  1/2 bunch   
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp   
Hot milk  1/2 cup   
Oil  as required    
Method:   
  
First add green chilies, mint, chopped green coriander chop it to make chutney.   
Now add mayonnaise, butter mix it well and add salt, chopped cucumber, chopped capsicum, chopped black pepper mix it well.   
Then add chutney.   
Make it oily.       
Ingredients For Nargasi Koftay:   
  
Eggs  8   
Beef mince  1 kg   
Onion 2   
Almonds 6   
Black peppercorn 8   
Small cardamom  8   
Salt  to taste   
Black salt  to taste   
Red chili  1 tsp   
Cumin  1 tsp   
Roasted chick peas  2 tbsp   
Poppy seeds  2 tbsp    
For Gravy:   
  
Yogurt  1/2 cup   
Chopped onion  3   
Clarified butter 1 cup   
Small cardamom  4   
All spice powder 1 tsp   
Red chili powder 1 tbsp   
Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp   
Coriander powder  2 tbsp   
Salt  to taste    
Method:   
  
First add half mutton mince, boil it without water.   
Then add chopped onions, make them golden brown and spread it on paper.   
Then add poppy seeds, white cumin, almonds, black pepper, salt, roasted cumin, almonds, black cumin, small cardamom, chopped red chilies make it chop.   
Now add boiled mince add chopped masala and fried onions crush it with hands and chop it in grinder.   
Now add beaten egg then knead it.   
Then make yours hand oily, take much mince now and spread it with hand, add boiled egg in its center, then take a mince and close it.   
Make all koftas in same way.   
After that pour oil in a wide pan, add oil and fry it on low temperature.   
Pour oil in a pan for salan, add ghee, make onions brown and spread it on paper.   
Now add yogurt, chopped garam masala, chopped coriander, small cardamom, ginger garlic paste and salt put it in ghee, leave the onion.   
Then add crushed onions, now roast the onions spread the kofta slowly.   
Along water, move it slowly by holding it with cloth.   
When it is roasted then pour water, cover and simmer it for 5 minutes.   
Take out the masala in a wide pan, make two pieces with a sharp knife and put remaining onions.
