Ingredients For Pineapple Upside Down Cake:

For base:

  • Butter  2 ounce
  • Brown sugar  3 ounce
  • Pineapple rings  1 can
  • Glazed cherries  7 to 8
  • Flaked almonds 3 tbsp

For Cake:

  • Caster sugar  1 cup
  • Eggs  3
  • Butter  6 ounce
  • Pineapple syrup  1/4 cup
  • Pineapple essence  1/2 tsp
  • Self raising flour  6 ounce
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat the oven to 180 degree C.
  2. Now grease the grill tin line it.
  3. Then pour sauce add butter in a pan, put it into greased tin.
  4. Now sprinkle brown sugar, pineapple rings, cheese on its top then almonds.
  5. For making cake put butter and caster sugar beat it.
  6. Now add egg york beat it more.
  7. Then add pineapple syrup and pineapple essence.
  8. Take a bowl add self raising flour, baking powder and salt filter it and fold it into butter mixture.
  9. Then take egg white into separate bowl beat it so that it becomes stiff.
  10. Now mix it into cream mixture, put it into pineapple base bake it into 30 to 35 minutes.
  11. Now take it out and make it cool, put it into serving plate.

Ingredients For Handi Kaliya Razala:

  • Mutton  1/2 kg
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Green chilies  8
  • Onion thinly sliced  2
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Coriander leaves  2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Cumin roasted  1 tsp
  • Chili powder  1 1/2 tsp
  • Allspice  1 tsp
  • Cream  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Pour ghee in a pan, add mutton, green chilies, big onion, yogurt, ginger garlic, salt, roasted and chopped cumin, chopped red chilies, garam masala mix it well.
  2. Now close it and cook it for 30 minutes.
  3. Then remove it cover fry it. After that add cream and green coriander serve it with tandoori naan.

Ingredients For Mango & Pineapple Smoothie:

  • Mango puree  1 cup
  • Coconut milk powder 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Pineapple juice 1 cup
  • Sugar  2 tbsp
  • ice cubes  1 cup
  • Yogurt  1/2 cup
  • Desiccated coconut  1 tbsp
  • Pineapple/coconut essence  few drops  

Method:

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender, then serve it immediately.
