Ingredients for Shahi Coconut Bread Pudding:

  • Bread slice 6-8
  • Coconut milk 1 tin
  • Coconut powder 1 packet
  • Fresh milk 1 cup
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup
  • Small cardamom 4
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Pistachio 10
  • Boiled almonds 15
  • Yellow food color as required
  • Silver paper as required
  • Oil to fry

Ingredients for Keema Matar Pulao:

  • Peas 2 cups
  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Rice 2-1/2 cup
  • Small cardamom 4
  • Black cardamom 4
  • Cloves 4
  • Lemons 4
  • Chopped onion 4
  • Green chilies 6
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Stock:

  • Onion 1
  • All spice as required
  • Ginger 1 small piece
  • Garlic 1 potli
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Bihari Chicken Malai Boti:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Fresh cream 1/2 packet
  • Whole red chili 6
  • Roasted chickpea 2 tbsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Black cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Big cardamom 2
  • Small cardamom 4
  • Lemons 2
  • Green chilies 4
  • Oil as required
