Chicken Shashlik, Cadn And Kram Kalla Rice by Chef Zakir

Ingredients For Kram Kalla Rice:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Rice soaked 300 gm
  • Cabbage half
  • Peas boiled 1 cup
  • Chili garlic sauce 4 tbsp
  • Worcester sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Garlic 4-5 cloves
  • Oil  3-4 tbsp
  • Spring onion 2
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Chinese salt  1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. First pour oil add garlic chops.
  2. Then add mince, roast it well dry its water.
  3. Then add cabbage, boiled peas, chili garlic sauce, wooster sauce, chopped red chilies, salt, chopped black pepper, green onion and chinese salt mix it well.
  4. Now take a pan, add rice boil it with salt.
  5. When it remains to 1/4th take out rice and spread it into pan.
  6. Spread the mince mixture.
  7. When it is simmered well then serve the kram kalla rice.

Ingredients For Candn:

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Semolina soaked 125 gm
  • Soaked rice 125 gm
  • Melon seeds 100 gm
  • Khoya 125 gm
  • Chopped almonds 25 gm
  • Pistachio chopped 25 gm
  • Sugar  250 gm
  • Silver foil as required
  • Kewra  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First add rice and semolina, milk blend it well make its paste.
  2. Pour remaining milk into pan.
  3. Add blended mixture keep it on low temperature cook it well.
  4. Then add sugar, chopped charmaghaz, chopped almonds and chopped pistachio.
  5. When it is cooked then add khoya, silver paper and kewra mix it well serve it cool.

Ingredients For Chicken Shashlik:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Capsicum 2
  • Onion 1
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Tomato paste  2 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Worchester sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • White pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Oil   3-4 tbsp
  • Shashlik sticks  as required

Method:

  1. First cut the chicken into cubes.
  2. Now add capsicum, onion, tomato pieces.
  3. Take a bowl add chicken cubes, garlic paste, chopped red chilies, chopped black pepper, salt, chili garlic sauce, worcester sauce and pour oil mix it well.
  4. Now add shashlik sticks add chopped onions, chicken pieces, capsicum, then chicken pieces, tomato then chicken pieces.
  5. Same in this way, ready all the bbq sticks, pour oil shallow fry it on both sides simmer it for 5 to 6 minutes.
  6. Delicious chicken shashlik is ready.
