Daal Gosht, Dhuwan Daar Bites And Mars Muffin by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients For Mars Muffin:

  • Butter 150 gm
  • Caster sugar 50 gm
  • Milk chocolate 100 gm
  • Flour 5 tbsp
  • Coco 5 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Butter milk 1/2 cup
  • Coffee 1 tbsp
  • Hot water 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla 1 tsp
  • Eggs 3
  • Mars  3

For Glaze:

  • Cream 200 ml
  • Dark chocolate 200 gm
  • Corn syrup  1 tbsp

Ingredients For Daal Gosht:

  • Mutton 750 gm
  • Tomato 750 gm
  • Onion 1
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Cumin 3 tsp
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Lemon salt 1/2 tsp
  • Mixed whole spices 1 tbsp
  • Moong ki daal 100 gm
  • Masoor ki daal  100 gm
  • Chana ki daal 200 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Green chilies  8

For Bhagar:

  • Ghee 1/4 cup
  • Button red chilies 6-8
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves  20

Method:

  1. First keep the moong daal, masoor daal, chanay ki daal in water for 2 hours.
  2. Now boil the chop onions, until they are tendered well.
  3. Then keep it on a side.
  4. Pour oil add whole garam masala, ginger garlic paste, salt, chopped red chilies, roasted and chopped coriander, chopped and coriander cumin, turmeric and blended tomatoes fry it well.
  5. Then pour water cover and let it cook, until the mutton tenders.
  6. Now add boiled lentils, whole green chilies cook it till becomes thick.
  7. Then add salt, give it baghar in end add ghee, red chilies, white pepper, curry leaves, then mix with lentils simmer it for 10 minutes.
  8. Now add green coriander for garnish serve it with rice.

Ingredients For Dhuwan Daar Bites:

  • Chicken 4 breast
  • Green chilies 10
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Hung curd 2 tbsp
  • Chat masala 1/2 tsp
  • Green cardamom grinded 1/2 tsp
  • Cashew nut  8 grinded

Method:

  1. First marinate the chicken breast with green chilies, ginger garlic paste, cream, roasted and chopped white cumin, lemon juice, take out its water from yogurt, chaat masala, chopped green cardamom and grinded cashew nuts.
  2. Now put them into skewers, then then fry it, simmer it with coals.
  3. Garnish it with chopped onions and tomato slices.
