Sea Food Pot, Onson Salad And Kishmishi Prawns by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients For Sea Food Pot:

For Soup:

  • Chicken bones 1/2 kg
  • Carrot  1
  • Chopped ginger  1 inch
  • Chopped garlic  3-4 sticks
  • Green onion  3-4 sticks

For Sea Food:

  • Boneless fish 300 gm
  • Prawns  300 gm
  • Egg 1
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 to 2 tbsp
  • Oil  for fry
  • Salt to taste

For Garnish:

  • Boiled noodles 1/2 packet
  • Boiled carrot 1
  • Garlic 3 to 4 cloves
  • Fry garlic 1/2 cup
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Green onion 2 to 3 sticks
  • Green chilies 8 to 10
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Chinese salt  1/3 tsp


  1. Take a mixing bowl add soya sauce, egg and salt, black pepper and corn flour, make the batter.
  2. Then add fish and prawns for marination.
  3. Now pour oil add marinated fish and prawns for frying, keep it on a side.
  4. For making soup: Take a pan add chicken bones, carrot, chopped garlic, ginger and green onion.
  5. Then fill the jug with water leave it for 2 to 3 hours.
  6. Soup is ready.
  7. For garnishing: Add green chilies, vinegar, make its mixture.
  8. Now take a pan pour oil, add garlic for frying.
  9. When it turns to brown add stock, make the baghar add boiled carrot cook it for 3 to 4 minutes.
  10. Now take a bowl add boiled noodles.
  11. Then put prawns and fish add fried garlic, chopped black pepper, chopped red chilies and vinegar mixture, chinese salt and salt, pour soup and green onion for garnish then serve.

Ingredients For Kishmishi Prawns:

  • Prawns 500 gm
  • Raisin 1 cup
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 1 cup
  • Garlic 5-6 cloves
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 4-5 tbsp
  • Salt to taste


  1. Take a pan, pour oil add salt, raisins, prawns and garlic cloves coat it and then fry.
  2. When the prawns changes its color then pour water and raisin mix them all.
  3. Then the raisin rises add garlic sauce, chopped black pepper, chopped red chilies, vinegar and brown sugar mix it well make its gravy thick, let it cook.
  4. When the gravy becomes thick then take it out in a dish and garnish it with green coriander then serve.

Ingredients For Onson Salad:

For Prawns:

  • Prawns 200 gm
  • Garlic  3-4 cloves
  • Salt to taste

For Dressing:

  • Fish sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies  5 to 6
  • Garlic cloves 8-10
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Sesame seed 1 tsp

For Salad:

  • Sliced carrot 1
  • Green onion 2-3 sticks
  • Green coriander 2 tbsp


  1. For prawns: Add salt and garlic boil and filter it.
  2. For dressing: Take a mixing bowl add fish sauce, chili sauce, green chilies, garlic cloves, white  vinegar and sesame seeds mix it well.
  3. Dressing is ready.
  4. For salad: Take a bowl add carrot slices, green chilies, green coriander mix it well.
  5. Now add prawns, put dressing and then serve.
