Kachay Chicken Ki Biryani

Ingredients 

Chicken 1kg 
Yoghurt 1cup 
Onion finely sliced and fried til golden brown 
Ginger garlic 1tbsp 
Red chilli powder 1tbsp 
Garam masala 1tbsp 
Cumin white 1tsp 
Small cardamum 3-4 
Black pepper whole 4-5 
Cloves 5-6 
Nutmeg 1tsp 
Versus mace 1tsp 
Oil half cup 
Green chilli chopped 6-7 
Coriander leave half cup chopped
Mint half cup chopped
Salt to taste 
Rice 750 g 
1/2 cup milk +1 pinch saffron (soak the saffron in milk )
Cinnamon 1stick 

Method 

Marinated chicken with yoghurt, ginger garlic , red chilli powder, oil, onion ass half of the fried onion, coriander leave , mint , green chilli and all spices and salt to taste mix them well marinated for 30 min. 
For rice : leave rice for hour in water then drain them .take water in a cooking pit now add salt & black cumin in the above cardamom & black pepper now add mint.now add rice in the above pot cove the lid .let it boil see that you do not need to fully cook the rice at this point take them off when they are a bit hard drain the rice.. 
Take a cooking pot add marinated chicken in pot then add the rice on top of chicken now add remaining fried onion with some oil add saffron mixed milk & kewra cover the lid & leave for 25 min to cook on slow heat after the dish ready 

Lukhmi 

Ingredients 

Ghee 2tbsp 
Flour 1 cup 
Salt to taste 
Qeema 1bowl 
Onion chopped 1 
Oil 2 tbsp 
Egg 1 
Coriander mint half bunch red chilli 4-5 
Red chilli powder 1tbsp 
Ginger garlic 1tbsp 

Method 

In a pan put the onion n fry till golden brown place a qeema with salt , chilli powder , ginger garlic paste , in a pan add half cup of water and cook till keema is tender in the end add coriander mint & green chilli.. Remove from heat and set aside to cool . 
In flour add salt , ghee , egg in a bowl and knead in to soft dough
Divided the dough in to equal portion shape each shape portion in a ball n roll this flour in circle cut it in center place a tbsp of qeema mix in center moisten the edge and fold the dough from the top down to cover the qeema sealing the edge on all three sides 
Heat oil & fry all lukhmi until golden brown .. 
And serve it 

Khatti daal 

Ingredients 

All masoor 100 g boiled with turmeric,salt, red chilli 
Turmeric 1tsp
Red chilli powder 1sp 
Salt to taste
Half cup oil 
Karhi leave 25 
Garlic  clove 4 chopped 
Mustard whole 1tsp 
Imly 1tbsp 
Red chilli whole 4

Method 

Boil daal grained 
Another pan heat oil add kuri leaves , whole red chilli , mustered seeds, chopped garlic make a bhagar add daal in bhagar & cook 10 min in full flame then add 1tbsp imly Remove from heat and set aside to cool  put in coriander & chopped green chilli and serve it with naan. 

Kaali Mirch Wali Murghi

Ingredients 

Chicken 1kg 
Yoghurt 1cup 
Onion 1 paste 
Black pepper whole 10-12
Coriander half bunch 
Green chilli 4-5 
Ginger garlic 1tbsp 
Black pepper crush 1tsp 
Salt to taste 
Red chilli crush 1tsp 
Garam masala 1tsp 
Small cardamom 2-3 crush 

Method 

In a bowl kitchen & yogurt mix it & marinated for a hour 
Green chilli , coriander , black pepper whole grained it 
Then heat oil put in to onion, ginger garlic , & green mix & cook till masala cooked then add marinated chicken , crush black pepper , salt , garam masala ,crush red chilli ,small cardamom crush n till cook chicken water drain & chicken soften.. After this ready to eat.
