Anday ka halwa

Ingredients

Egg 6 
Powder milk 1 cup 
Ghee half cup 
Suger 1 cup 
Almonds (chopped) for decoration 
Food colour 1tsp 
Small Cardamom beans 1 tsp

Method

In a big bowl beat eggs & suger then add 1tsp food colour.  next in a pan add ghee & powder milk & cook in a low heat after this add egg mixture cook until it gets dry & ghee separate .then garnish with crush almonds and serve.

Shahi white chicken korma

Ingredients 

Chicken 1 kg 
Oil 1 cup 
Onion 2 
Green chillies 5-6 
Salt 1/2 tsp 
White pepper 1tsp 
Yoghurt 1 cup 
Almonds 20 blanched chopped & 10 for serving 
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp 
Cream half cup 
Khoya 1 cup
Korma essence few drops

Method 

In a pan add oil & 1chopped onion fry it & add ginger garlic paste, chicken & mixed 
Next 1 onion & green chilli grained & then this mixture add in chicken &add all species salt, white pepper , yoghurt , essence&cook until the water of the chicken dries in the end add almonds & fresh cream.

Qubali

Ingredients 

Half cup oil 
Onion 1 chopped
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp 
Chanay ki dal boiled 1 bowl 
Salt 1/2 tsp 
Yoghurt 1cup 
Red chilli powder 2tsp 
Garam masla powder half tsp 
Boiled rice 300 g
Salt to taste 
Cinnamon half stick 
Cumin 1tsp 
Black pepper whole 4-5 
Black cardamom 1-2 
Cloves 5-6
Lemon juice 2 tbsp 

Method 

Boil the rice in water with some salt drain & set aside
In a pan add oil & onion & add all whole garam masala, ginger garlic cook in low flame & add yoghurt ,salt , red chilli powder & boiled chanay ki dal cook until the yoghurt water dries..
Next add a layer of cook rice & chanay ki dal again add a layer of rice on top of the rice add food colour green chillies sprinkle fried onion.  
After 20 min switch off the heat and let the Qubali stand for another 10 min transfer to a serving bowl..
