Tried karahi zafrani murgh. I used saffron in the end as I don't use saffron essence. Its a UNIQUE tasting dish. I must say pretty good for those who like less spicy food. My husband liked this dish a lot.I bought Irani saffron from Dubai duty free and used in this dish. Some times I buy saffron fron Indian grocery stores in US.Irani saffron has a stronger color and strong aroma.
