Healthy matar gobi ka pakora Ingredients: Cauliflower 1/2 cup Green peas 1/2 cup Onion 1/2 pcs egg 1 pcs Gram flour 1 cup green chili 4-5 pcs coriander 2-3 tbsp salt as required Crushed red chilies 2 tbsp Milk/water 1/2 cup Method: Mix all of the ingredients and prepare a batter. On a hot tava cook for 5-7 minutes on low flame and then turn the side If you wish you may bake it in the oven at 220 degrees C. Healthy Aroo ka sharbat Ingredients: Peaches 1/2 kg honey/sugar as required ice as required Method: Blanch the peaches and removes its skin and seed. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend them well. Once prepared pour it in a glass and serve. Healthy dalia Ingredients: Dalia 1 cup milk 1-1/2 tsp mauka 8-10 pcs yogurt 1-1/2 cup Cinnamon 1/4 tsp honey to taste almond 8-10 pcs apple 1 pcs peach 1 pcs cherry 1 cup Method: Soak dalia in luke warm milk and keep it in the fridge over night. Add in all of the ingredients in this milk and mix well Healthy dalia is ready Daal Chana Chaat Ingredients: chickpea (split) 2 cup yogurt masala 1 tbsp yogurt 1 cup potato 2 pcs coriander 2-3 tbsp green chili 4-5 pcs Method: Boil the chickpeas with the potatoes. Then add in yogurt, yogurt masala, green chilies and coriander mix well and serve.
