Ingredients for Qeemay Kay Kabab:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Onion 3
  • Green chilli 7-8
  • Coriander 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed red chilli 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tbsp
  • Mix spices powder
  • Garlic 5-6 tbsp
  • Pearl millet flour 2 tbsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Green chilli paste 1 tsp
  • Oil for frying

Ingredients for Chicken Cordon Bleu:

For Marination:

  • Chicken breast 5
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Green chilli paste 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 cup
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

For Filling:

  • Carrot 2 tbsp
  • Capsicum 2 tbsp
  • Cabbage 2 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese 5-6 tbsp

For Coating:

  • Flour 1-1/2 cup
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Water 3/4 cup

Ingredients for Crispy Chicken Roll:

  • Chicken boneless 250 gram
  • Roll patti 1 dozen
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Green onion 4 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Coal for smoke

For Coating:

  • Eggs 2-3
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
