Chicken Combination Soup And Crunchy Vegetable Noodles by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients for Crunchy Vegetable Noodles:

  • Egg Noodles 1/2 packet
  • Chicken 250 gm
  • Tomato 1
  • Onion 1
  • Green onion 2-3 sticks
  • Cauliflower 100 gm
  • Capsicum 1
  • Chili garlic sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Garlic 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Green coriander to garnish

Method:

  1. First boil water, put egg noodles and oil and boil for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Now take out and put it in cold water.
  3. When the temperature of noodles become normal, then take out and keep it aside.
  4. Now heat oil in pan, put garlic and fry it.
  5. Now add onions and fry it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Then add chicken and roast it .
  7. Then add chopped red chilies, chili garlic sauce and soya sauce, mix it nicely and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  8. Now add egg noodles, tomato, onion, green onion, cabbage, capsicum and green chili slices and fry it on high flame.
  9. In end, add lemon juice, dish out and serve.

Ingredients for Chicken Combination Soup:

  • Chicken (Mince) 250 gm
  • Chicken stock 1 to 1-1/2 jug
  • Eggs 3-4
  • Onion 3
  • Mushrooms 1 cup
  • Carrot 1 cup
  • Ginger 1 piece
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Soya sauce 4 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Green onion 2-3 sticks
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Separate egg white and egg yolk and beat egg yolk.
  2. Put oil in  pan and fry egg york.
  3. Now take out and cut into strips.
  4. Add chicken stock in pan and boil it.
  5. Now add mushrooms, carrot, onion, ginger, mince, salt and black pepper and boil it.
  6. Then dissolve cornflour in water, put gradually in soup, together add soya sauce and green chilies, mix it and cook until boil.
  7. Now add gradually beaten egg whites and cook until thick.
  8. When it becomes thick, take out in dish.
  9. Garnish it with fried eggs and serve.
