Ingredients for Young Tong Schezwan Fish:

  • Bekti fish 1/2 kg
  • Corn flour 34/ cup

For Sauce:

  • Chilli oil 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 4 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Ketchup 1 cup
  • Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Dry Chilli Chicken:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 3 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Beaten egg half
  • Onion 2
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies 6-8
  • Capsicum 1
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup

Ingredients for Schezwan Chowmein:

  • Chicken 1 cup
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Beaten egg half
  • White pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Cabbage 2 cups
  • Capsicum 1
  • Egg noodles 1 packet
  • Chilli sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Crushed garlic 1 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Carrot 1
  • Spring onion leaves 1 cup
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Ketchup 1/4 cup

Ingredients for Spicy Schezwan Soup:

  • Chicken boneless sliced 1 cup
  • Green chillies 2 chopped
  • Cabbage tiny cubes 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  • Soya sauce 4 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1/4 cup
  • Carrot 1
  • Chicken stock 8 cups
  • Chilli sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour 6 tbsp
  • Egg 1 beaten
