Ingredients for Paneeri Nargisi Kofta Aloo:

For Paneer:

  • Milk 2 liter
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Green chilli 2
  • Salt to taste

For Qeema Masala:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Red chilli 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Fried onion 4 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1-1/2 tsp
  • Coriander green chilli 1 tsp
  • Mix spices powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed onion 3 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 3-4 tbsp

For Curry:

  • Onion 3
  • Coriander 1-1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1-1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Mix spices powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander green chilli for garnish
  • Ginger for garnish
  • Potato 3
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Naan 2

Ingredients for Shimla Mirch Aur Chanay Kay Chawal:

  • Capsicum 1
  • Chickpeas 1 cup
  • Rice 1-1/2 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Whole mix spices 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 5-6 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/3 cup
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Shami Kabab:

  • Oil for frying
  • Meat 1/2 kg
  • Lentil gram 1/3 cup
  • Whole red chilli 5
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Whole black pepper 5
  • Black cardamom 1
  • Cinnamon 1 stick
  • Yogurt 2-3 tbsp
  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Raita for serving
  • Salt to taste
  • Whole ginger 1/2 inch
  • Whole garlic 4 clove
  • Green chilli 5-6
  • Onion 2
  • Egg 1
