Ingredients for Achari Fry Tangri:

  • 6 pieces drumsticks
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp green chilies
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp onion seeds
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup oil

Method:

  1. Make cuts on chicken drum sticks, paste ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, turmeric, salt, mustard, onion seeds, fennel seeds and egg and leave for an hour.
  2. Now heat oil in frying pan, put drum sticks and cover on low flame.
  3. When it becomes red from one side then, change its side.
  4. When it becomes whole red, turn off the stove and serve with any kind of chutney.

Ingredients for Almonds Jelly With Fruit Cocktail:

  • 1 cup mix fruit cocktail
  • 1/2 tsp almonds essence
  • 2 tbsp almonds sliced
  • 1 tbsp gelatin powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 packet cream
  • 1 packet pineapple jelly
  • 2 tbsp fried almonds
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Method:

  1. Cook milk on a stove. When it is boiled and put 1/4 cup sugar. When sugar is saturated, remove it from stove.
  2. Now dissolve gelatin powder in water, add it, cut almonds into finely and put in it.
  3. Together put mixed fruit cocktail and keep in fridge for cool.
  4. When it freezes, add remaining sugar and almond essence in cream and beat it.
  5. In end, put pineapple jelly and water and cook it. Then remove from stove and beat it nicely so that it could be chilled.
  6. Now place in fridge, garnish with almonds and place again in fridge for chill.

Ingredients for Lauki Masala Chanay Ki Daal:

  • 2 cups gram lentils
  • 1/2 cup bottle gourd
  • 6 curry leaves
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 6 green chilies
  • 1/2 bunch coriander
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 tsp red chili paste
  • 2 tsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp salt
  • green chilies/ coriander as required

Method:

  1. Heat oil and put grinded tomatoes.
  2. Together put curry leaves, chopped red chili, salt, turmeric and chopped coriander and roast it.
  3. Now add bottle gourd, add 1 glass water and cook on low flame.
  4. Then add boiled gram lentils and roast it more for 15 minutes.
  5. In end, remove from stove and put green chilies and green coriander.
