Ingredients for Turkey Style Chicken Roast:

  • Chicken (with skin) 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Potato 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Onion 1
  • Ginger 1
  • Carrot 1
  • Cauliflower 1/4
  • Spring onion 1
  • Honey 2 tbsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
  • Raisins 100 gm
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • white pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1/4 cup

Ingredients for Hi Tea Prawn Chicken Ball:

  • Prawn 250 gm
  • Chicken breast 1
  • Egg 1
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Ginger 1
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Bread slice 6
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry

Ingredients for Bread Pudding:

  • Bread slice 6-8
  • Milk 1/2 liter
  • Custard powder 6-7 tbsp
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Mix fruit cocktail 1 tin
  • Red syrup few tbsp
  • Raisin 100 gm
  • Sugar 125 gm
  • Almond chopped 25 gm
  • Pistachio chopped 25 gm
  • Chocolate chip 25 gm
