Chocolate Pudding, Beef Lasagna And Vegetable Chowmein by Chef Zakir

Ingredients For Chocolate Pudding:

  • Cooking chocolate 150 gm
  • Sugar  125 gm
  • Milk 1/2 liter
  • Egg  6
  • Fresh cream  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First take a beaten egg in a bowl, then add milk with sugar.
  2. Put cooking chocolate, make it soft with steam.
  3. Mix it well put that mixture into mold bake it for 10 to 15 minutes on 180 degree C.
  4. Then take it out place it in a fridge.
  5. Delicious chocolate pudding is ready.
  6. When it becomes cool then take it out and then serve.

Ingredients For Beef Lasagna:

  • Mince  1/2 kg
  • Lasagna sheet 1 packet
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Rosemary 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato paste 5 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato  1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Spring onion 1
  • Parsley  1/4 bunch
  • Worcester sauce 3 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Black pepper powder  1/2 tsp
  • White pepper powder  1/4 tsp
  • Oil  2-3 tbsp
  • Milk  1/2 liter
  • Flour  4-5 tbsp

Method:

  1. First pour oil add garlic paste and mince roast it well so that it changes its color.
  2. Now add rosemary, oregano, tomato paste, capsicum, chopped green onion, parsley, tomatoes, worcester sauce, salt, chopped black pepper, white pepper roast it well make it dry.
  3. Now keep it on a side.
  4. Pour water add lasagna sheets and keep it on a side.
  5. Then take another pan pour milk, when it starts to boil then add roasted flour make it thick, add salt, and chopped black pepper.
  6. Now spread the lasagna sheets in oven proof dish.
  7. Spread white sauce on mince.
  8. Repeat it more times.
  9. Sprinkle remaining cheese on its top layer.
  10. Now bake it on 180 degree C for 15 to 20 minutes.
  11. When it becomes golden then serve it

Ingredients For Vegetable Chowmein:

  • Noodles 1/2 packet
  • Onion  1
  • Spring onion  2
  • Garlic  3-4 cloves
  • Salt  to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oyster sauce  2 tbsp
  • Worcester sauce 2 tbsp
  • Capsicum  1
  • Cabbage 1/4 piece
  • Carrot 1
  • Tomato  1
  • Oil  2-3 tbsp

Method:

  1. First pour oil add noodles make it soft.
  2. Now pour oil add garlic cloves, onions, capsicum, carrot, green chilies, tomatoes and cabbage make it soft.
  3. Then add salt, black pepper powder, worcester sauce and oyster sauce and cook until vegetables is tendered well.
  4. Now add noodles let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Vegetable chowmein is ready.
