Hot & Sour Soup

Ingredients:

  • Chicken stock 12 cups.
  • Chicken 4 ounce.
  • Carrot  1.
  • Cabbage 3 ounce(chopped).
  • Salt and essence of taste(ajinomoto) 2 tea spoon.
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup.
  • Black pepper1 tea spoon.
  • Corn flour 3-4 cups.
  • Corn oil 1/2 cup.
  • Eggs with out yolks .

Method:

  1. Boil Chicken and chicken stock,boil it until soften.
  2. Add all vegetables and spices (except vinegar)
  3. When vegetable start soften add vinegar and corn flour(don't add dry corn flour mix it with water) or add corn flour until viscous
  4. Beat eggs by beater.
  5. Drizzle eggs over the boil soup and stir spoon continuously.
  6. Remove from and add oil.
  7. Your hot N sour soup is ready.

Chicken Manchurian

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 1 kg.
  • Salt (as pr taste).
  • Garlic (grind) 1 spoon.
  • Red chilies (whole)4-6.
  • White Chili (grind)1 spoon.
  • Vinegar 2-3 spoon.
  • Soy sauce 4 spoon.
  • Sugar 1 spoon.
  • Chinese salt 1 spoon.
  • tomato Ketchup 1 cup.
  • Oil (as per need).

Method:

  1. Mix soy sauce,Vinegar,salt,garlic,white chili and Chinese salt in chicken and set aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in pan at medium flame or heat it until golden brown then remove from heat
  3. Add tomato ketchup  and 1 cup water in oil.
  4. Add salt and whole red chili and heat it until thickens.
  5. Mix chicken and cook chicken until boil.
  6. Garnish it with hot fried rice or boil rice.
  7. Your Chicken Manchurian is ready.

Chicken Chowmein

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 cup.
  • Noddles half packet(boil).
  • Oil 1/4 cup.
  • Garlic  1 tea spoon.
  • Capsicum (chopped) 2.
  • Carrot 1 (chopped).
  • Cabbage 125 grams(chopped).

Method:

  1. Mix salt half tea spoon,black pepper 1 spoon,soy sauce 1 spoon and corn flour 2 spoon in chicken and seaside for 30 minutes.
  2. Boil noddles.
  3. heat oil and fry garlic in it.
  4. Add chicken and fry it or fry it until brown.
  5. Add all vegetables in it.
  6. Add noddles in chicken and vegetable mixture and mix them properly.
  7. Serve in plate.
