Meat Balls

Ingredients:

  • Mutton or beef minced meat 1/2 kg.
  • Onion (finely chopped) 2.
  • Bread slices 2.
  • Eggs white 2.
  • Fresh red chili (whole) 4.
  • Green chilies 8.
  • Bread crumbs 1 packet.
  • Coriander leaves (finely chopped) 1/2 bunch.
  • Black pepper (chopped) Flour 2 spoon.
  • Soy sauce 2 spoon.
  • Oil (as per need).
  • Salt (as per taste).
  • White vinegar 2.

Method:

  1. Mix beef or mutton minced with 2 bread slices and chopped in chopper.
  2. Add 8 green chilies,4 fresh red chilies (whole),2 spoon soy sauce,2 spoon white vinegar, 2(finely chopped) onion ,2 spoon flour,1 tea spoon (chopped) black pepper and mix it properly.
  3. Now make small balls and dip into 2 eggs white then rotate into bread crumbs for cover.
  4. Heat the oil and deep fry balls  at low flame or fry it until golden brown.
  5. Serve with tomato ketchup.

Baked Seviyan

Ingredients:

  • Condense milk half ton.
  • Fresh milk 1/2 liters.
  • Almond 2 spoon.
  • Seviyan 50 grams.
  • Raisins 2 spoon.
  • Cardamom 2(finely grind).

Method:

  1. Add 2-3 spoon ghee in seviyan and grill it if not.
  2. Boil milk then add condense milk,seviyan and cardamom in it.
  3. Bake for 2-3 minutes after that sprinkle raisins and almond.
  4. Serve warm.
