Ingredients for Tomato Kat With Koftay:

  • Tomatoes  1 kg
  • Chili powder  1 tsp
  • Coriander powder  1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • White cumin whole  1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds  1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Crushed garlic  1 tbsp
  • Green chilies  6
  • Curry leaves  20

Ingredients For Kofta:

  • Mince 250 gm
  • Desiccated coconut  1 tsp
  • Green chili 4
  • Whole red chili  4
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Mint  2 tbsp
  • Onion 1 large
  • Roasted gram  1 tbsp heaped
  • Poppy seeds  1 tsp

Ingredients for Sabzi Ki Biryani:

  • Rice  1/2 kg
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Mixed whole spices  1 tbsp
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Onion brown  1/2 cup
  • Chili powder  2 tsp
  • Coriander powder  2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves  1/2 cup
  • Mint leaves  1/2 cup
  • Green chilies  8
  • Carrots  2
  • Potato  square cubes
  • Capsicum  2
  • Peas  1/2 cup
  • Cauliflower  250 gm

Ingredients for Dum Ki Siwayan:

  • Vermicelli 250 gm
  • Condensed milk  1 tin
  • Water 1 cup
  • Almonds and pistachio sliced 2 tbsp each
  • Green cardamom  1/2 tsp each
  • Ghee 3/4 cup

Ingredients for Madras Chicken:

  • Chicken 1 kg or 16 pieces
