Ingredients for Coco Loco Mini Burger:

  • Minced meat  250 grams
  • Bengal gram split  1 cup
  • Ginger  1 tbsp
  • Tara garam masala  2 tsp
  • Red chili powder  1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili  1/2 tsp
  • Whole cumin  1/2 tsp
  • Whole black pepper  4-5

Patties Ingredients:

  • Green coriander  1/4 cup
  • Small sized onion  1
  • Green chilies  2-3
  • Mint  2 tbsp
  • Eggs  2
  • Oil  deep fry

Ingredients for Coco Chutney:

  • Green coriander  1 cup
  • Green chilies  3-4
  • Fresh coconut  1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice  2 tbsp
  • Curd  1/2 cup
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Chopped mint 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Fish Cake:

  • Boneless fish  400 grams
  • Boiled potatoes  3-4
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili  1 tsp
  • Lemon juice  2 tbsp
  • Green chili  3-4
  • Green coriander  1/2 cup
  • Egg  1
  • Flour  1 cup
  • Bread crumbs  1-1/2 cup
  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • Oil  for shallow fry
