Ingredients For 7 Cup Barfi:

  • Gram flour  1 cup
  • Ghee  1 cup
  • Coconut powder 1 cup
  • Milk  1 cup
  • Sugar  3 cups
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Salt  1 pinch
  • Almonds, peanuts  as required
  • Silver leaf  as requires

Method:

  1. First pour ghee, add flour for roasting.
  2. Now add coconut, milk, sugar, chopped coriander, salt cook it on low temperature.
  3. When ghee starts to leaves on sides then put it in a pan and cool it.
  4. In the end add almonds, pistachio, silver paper for garnish then serve.

Ingredients For Baked Chicken Kerala Style:

  • Chicken drum sticks  6
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Paprika  1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Fennel seeds powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 6 tbsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Curry leaf  10
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Oil  4 tbsp

Method:

  1. First put the chicken drumstick in long slices.
  2. Now add salt, chopped black pepper leave it for half an hour.
  3. Then add yogurt, red chili pepper, paprika, turmeric, chopped garam masala, fennel, cumin, chopped coriander, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice mix it well put the chicken and leave it for half an hour.
  4. Now pour oil add curry leaves, stir fry it lightly.
  5. After that add chicken and bake it on 180 degree C for 40 minutes.

Ingredients For Mughlai Vegetable Rice:

  • Boiled rice 1/2 kg
  • Onion  1
  • Carrot  1 cup
  • Green peas  1 cup
  • Cauliflower  1 cup
  • Green onion  250 grams
  • Capsicum  2
  • Green chili  6
  • Mint leaves  1 bunch
  • Yogurt  250 grams
  • Cream  1 cup
  • Mixed dry fruits  1 cup
  • Bay leaf  2
  • Whole mixed all spice 1 tbsp
  • Plum  50 grams
  • Tomato  2
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Yellow food color 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili 2 tsp

Method:

  1. First put the carrot, cauliflower, green onion, capsicum, green chilies, fry it in oil then take them out.
  2. Now add yogurt, whole mix garam masala, red chilies, salt, plum, tomatoes, mint mix it well.
  3. Then pour oil add onions for frying.
  4. Then put yogurt and vegetables masala.
  5. Put boiled rice, cream, pinch of yellow color, simmer it for 20 minutes.
  6. In the end add dry fruits before serving.
