Ingredients for Beef Stroganoff:

  • Beef undercut 750 gm
  • Mushrooms 10-12
  • Onion 1
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard paste 1-1/2 tsp
  • Sour cream 3/4 cup
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Chicken stock 1-1/2 cup
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Rose marry 1/2 tsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Boiled rice 2-1/2 cup
  • Green onion 1 cup

Ingredients for Tandoori Fish Gulnaar:

  • Pomfret fish 4
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 2-1/2 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 1-1/2 tsp
  • Carom seeds 1 tsp
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Yellow, Red color as required
  • Salad leaves for serving
  • Cucumber, Tomato for serving
