Chicken Spinach Pasta, Srilankan Style Fish And Cheese Chili by Chef Zakir

Ingredients For Chicken Spinach Pasta:

  • Chicken breast  2
  • Pasta  1/2 packet
  • Garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Milk  1/2 liter
  • Flour roasted  3-4 tbsp
  • Mozzarella cheese  1/2 packet
  • Spinach  1 bunch
  • Coriander leaves  1/4 bunch
  • Oregano  1 tsp
  • Rosemary  1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies  4
  • Salt  to taste
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup


  1. Pour oil in a pan add garlic paste, chicken breast fry till it is cooked well.
  2. Then add boiled pasta, chopped spinach, green chilies, chopped green coriander, oregano, rosemary, salt, chopped black pepper cook it well and keep it on a side.
  3. Now pour milk in a pan make it thick with flour.
  4. Then add salt and cooked spinach chicken and heat on high flame.

Ingredients For Srilankan Style Fish:

  • Yellow lentils  50 gm
  • Red lentils  50 gm
  • Coconut milk  1 cup
  • Fish fillet boneless  300 gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic chopped  3-4 cloves
  • Onion  1 medium
  • Fresh red chili  1
  • Button red chilies  4-5
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Cinnamon  2 inch piece
  • Lemon skin  1 tsp
  • Curry leaves  few
  • Oil  1/4 cup
  • Oil  3 tbsp
  • Flour  4-5 tbsp
  • Lemon juice   1-1 1/2 tbsp


  1. Now put the chicken boneless fish fillet put the lemon juice, salt, marinate it and put the dry flour on it for coating, shallow fry it in hot oil and keep it on a side.
  2. When the fish is tendered well then blend it.
  3. When the lentil becomes smooth then put it again in pan, keeping high temperature. When it is cooked well then add the fried fish well cook it for 1 to 2 minute.
  4. In the end take it out in a dish and garnish it with green coriander then serve.
  5. In the end put some mozzarella cheese mix it for 1 to 2 minutes and serve it hot.

Ingredients for Cheese Chili:

  • Big green chilies  250 gm
  • Cheddar cheese  100 gm
  • Mozzarella cheese  100 gm
  • Oregano  1 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Egg  2
  • Gram flour  4-5 tbsp
  • Flour  4-5 tbsp
  • Water  as required
  • Oil  for fry
  • Chaat masala  as required


  1. First put flour, salt, chopped black pepper.
  2. Now add egg, water make the batter.
  3. Then add green chilies, give it cuts and take out its seeds.
  4. Now add grated cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, oregano, salt and fill it.
  5. After that put the chilies in batter and deep fry it in hot oil.
  6. In the end sprinkle some chaat masala on its top.
