Ingredients for Beef Kabab With Fried Onions:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Onion sliced 250 gm
  • Black pepper 2
  • Fried onions 4
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Lemon (sliced) 2
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Gram flour 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 2 tsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Desiccated coconut 2 tsp
  • Nutmeg Ground 1/4 tsp
  • Raw papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Coal 1 piece

Method:

  1. Firstly, put fried onions, all spice powder, red chili powder, chopped coriander, desiccated coconut, nutmeg, black pepper, roasted gram flour, raw papaya paste and salt in mince. and mix it nicely.
  2. Now make round kababs from it.
  3. Heat oil in karahi pan and shallow fry the kababs.
  4. Then give smoke of coals to kabab.
  5. Now fry onions in remaining oil and put on kababs. Together keep lemon slices,  and mint leaves and serve it.

Ingredients for Hara Chicken Chana Pulao:

  • 1/2 kg rice
  • 1/2 kg chicken
  • 250 grams spring onions
  • 250 grams capsicum
  • 250 grams lobia ki phali
  • 1 bunch of coriander
  • 1 bunch of mint leaves
  • 50 grams green chilies      
  • 1/5 cup oil
  • 50 grams butter
  • 100 grams plums
  • 300 grams boiled grams
  • 1 tbsp turmeric garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp kewra
  • 1 tbsp whole hot spices
  • 1 tbsp crushed black pepper
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp salt       

Method:

  1. First, heat oil in pan and fry whole hot spices.
  2. When fragrance comes, put ginger garlic paste, plums, chicken, black  pepper, turmeric, salt and cumin and roast it nicely. Then add 1 glass water and cook it.
  3. Now roast chicken, put boiled grams, rice, 1 glass of water and cook on medium flame.
  4. Then heat butter in another pan, put green chilies, capsicum and lobia ki phali and fry it. After it, add green coriander, mint and green chili.
  5. In end, put vegetables on rice , sprinkle kewra and simmer it for 15 minutes. Delicious Hara Chicken Chana Pulao is ready.

Ingredients for Jalebi Rabri:

  • Jalebi 250 gm
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Silver foil 2
  • Khoya 1 cup
  • Dry milk powder 1 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Saffron essence 2 drops
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Kewra 1 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  • Almond & pistachio

Method:

  1. Cook milk. When boils, put jalebi and cook for 30 minutes on low flame.
  2. Now add sugar and cook more for 2 minutes.
  3. Now put corn flour mixed in water.
  4. After it, put dry milk powder, cardamom powder, kewra and saffron essence.
  5. When thick, close the stove and dish out jalebi rabri.
  6. In end, put almond and pistachio and spread silver foil and serve.
